MENDEZ GRAPES and Multi-Farm

Mendez Grapes was started with our late grandfather Luis Decierdo Mendez who was once a Public School Teacher of Sibonga Central Elementary. He cultured grapes and started to propagate the Reisling variety. As demo farm for school children the area was planted with grapes, vegetables, flower among others. The Reisling variety was added with new varieties like Red Cardinal. He was assisted by his t

wo sons, Rogelio (Ondo) and Mariano (Nene). The culture of grapes was handed down to his sons, one of which is an agriculturist (Nene). Now grapes farming was handed down to the third generation of the Luis D. Mendez Clan, Louis Augusto Caesar, Jeremias Elfin (also brothers), his relatives and close friends.
