We are deeply saddened by the recent incident involving 29 abandoned pets in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, and strongly condemn such unacceptable practices.

We believe every pet deserves a dignified final journey. Each pet entrusted to our care is individually cremated after the family's final farewell viewing, allowing families to bring home their beloved companion's cremains and keepsakes on the same day, with the peace of mind that their pet has been given a dignified and loving farewell.

To us, these are not just pets entrusted to our care. They are beloved family members whose lives and memories deserve to be honored with compassion and respect until the very end.

In observance of the All Souls' and All Saints' Days, please be informed that cremation services will be temporarily paused from October 31 to November 1, 2026.

During these days, our team will remain available to assist with pet pick-ups and to receive your beloved pets into our gentle care. Regular cremation schedules will resume on November 2, 2026.

We thank you for your understanding as we honor this meaningful time of remembrance with you.
