POV: Almost 1 week na tayong binabasa ng ulan 🌧️😭

PILIPINAS, okay ka pa ba?
Kasi kami at ang mga furbabies namin medyo hindi na sure 😂

Hindi na namin alam kung rainy season pa ba ‘to or may bago nang water feature ang buong bansa 😫

Meanwhile, ang mga furbabies
“Ma, kailan po ba ako makakalabas nang hindi ako magiging basang sisiw?” 🥹🐾

Sa mga furparents na naka-homebody mode ngayon, stay safe, stay dry, at dagdagan pa natin ang cuddles! 🐾

At kapag tuluyan nang nagpakita si haring araw, alam na natin kung sino ang unang kailangan ng fresh bath, tanggal amoy ulan treatment, at paw-dicure! 🛁✂️

For now, safety muna bago grooming.

We’ll be here when the weather finally gives us a break. 🤍

Not every grooming session goes as planned 😊

Believe it or not, even the sweetest pets at home can become nervous during grooming. New sounds, clippers, nail trimming, and even a simple bath can make them anxious. Sometimes that stress shows up as growling, squirming or an unexpected little chomp 😅

Don't worry! we don't take it personally 😉
We know it's usually fear or anxiety, not because your fur baby is MEAN.
These reactions are usually not because they're BAD pets.
They're often simply communicating fear, discomfort, or stress.

That's why we truly appreciate it when pet parents let us know in advance if their pet gets nervous during grooming or has a history of biting or snapping or doesn't like certain procedures like nail trimming or face grooming. Inform us of any medical conditions or sensitive areas. Trust the grooming process and allow us to work at your pet's pace whenever possible.

The more we know, the better we can adjust our approach and keep everyone safe (your pet included)

At the end of the day, we're here because we love your pet/s

The best compliments don't always come right after the appointment. They come when your work leaves a lasting impression. ✨

A few days after Rilke's grooming session, I received this message from her pawmily. Moments like these remind me that grooming isn't just about making dogs look cute.
It's about earning trust, one appointment at a time.

What makes this even more special is that Rilke's heavily matted coat. Mats can be painful, hide skin issues, and make grooming more challenging. Instead of rushing the process, I took my time to groom her with patience, care, and comfort as the top priority.

Seeing her feeling lighter, looking fresh, and hearing the family say, "Sobrang cute ng gupit niya ngayon!"
that's the kind of reward that keeps me passionate about what I do, to continue learning, and improving.

Every dog has a story beneath their coat. And my job is to help them feel comfortable, healthy, and confident again. ❤️
