To All Our Valued Clients

Effective on June 1, 2020, please be advised of the following protocols we will be observing for the time being:
1. Please set an appointment prior to your vet clinic visit. (Clinic hours 9am to 12nn then 2-5:30pm) Be on time.
2. Make sure your pets are on leashes or pet carriers since we’ll be having one client at a time only.
You might need to wait outside the clinic or inside your car if there’s still an ongoing consult inside the clinic.
3. A mask is a must, for everyone’s safety and protection.
4. We’ll be allotting 5-10mins per patient only. If you have further queries that don’t need immediate reply, you can call us up instead.
5. Emergency patients will be accommodated first. Please let’s be considerate.
6. Pet grooming is strictly by appointment only.

Please be advised that effective today, March 18, the clinic will be operational strictly by appointment only. This is to ensure the safety of all of you our dear clients in this trying time.
