IMPORTANT 🔉🔉🔉

1. ONLY apparently healthy patients are allowed for surgery (no health issues, active, alert, responsive, appetent).
2. Age must be at least 5months for males, 6months for females
and below 7 yrs old.
3. Complete Blood Count and blood chemistry test are advisable BUT it is NOT REQUIRED especially if your pet is fit and at desired age. Pets beyond 7 years old shall be tested. This can be done in private veterinary clinics at least 3 days prior to surgery.
4. If upon surgery and your pet is found to be pregnant or any rare/difficult condition (e.g. retained fetus, etc.), additional charge
shall be applied.
5. In heat female DOG pets are NOT allowed.
6. Fasting for 8-12 hours is required before surgery. Not fasted animals can be pushed through at your own risk.
7. Pets must be leashed for dogs and/or secured carrier for cats.
8. A cash deposit of 500php w/c is non-refundable but deductible to your total bill via online transaction shall be made prior to appointment to ensure your slot and send us the receipt upon payment.
