Our giant bamboos at one year old.

Sharing with you our story of why we planted more bamboos and some other trees to the river banks and our land.

Our house is closed to a river and we experienced overflowing river everytime we have typhoon and continuous raining. As years passing by, the land is also eroding. We always feel the wrath of nature more and more. And this is saddening and scary.

Ang lupang kinalkahan mo na noo'y punong puno ng mga puno at malinis na tubig. Ngayon pawala na. At dahil mahalaga sa amin ang lupang kinalakhan namin, we maybe behind to act pero may pag-asa pa. We have started planting more trees and bamboos to pay the damages we have done and prevent it from worst that may come.

And we are so proud of our parents for their act of love and kindness towards mother nature.

And that is our bamboo story. With this story, may we inspire others to do the same, just one tree for every one of us will truly make a change.
