Good morning fellow RESCUERS!
Good news: Yay!!! Our complaint is approved by the City Prosecutor’s Office for filing of an Information in the Court. Prima facie evidence is found w/ certainty of conviction.
Congratulations to us!
Now we continue our fight in the proper Court!
This refers to the complaint of Valles Venerable against his grandfather who killed his adopted dog from me named “Rere.” This case Violation of R.A. 8485 will be heard here in Roxas City Court. As soon as it is raffled, we will post which Court it will be heard.
Congratulations to us esp. to AI Bernadette Miranda Gonzaga and myself for our active engagement in this case. Our case in Sigma will be on May 22, in its hearing proper having dispensed the pre-trial stage in the last hearing.
Our Awareness Talk set this 2pm in Brgy. Mongpong is set aside for now due to the coming elections. Fyi.
