PURPOSE:
A. 1. To facilitate the installation of instrument relays, test plug and reconnection of existing control wiring to new protection relay.
2. To facilitate the substation annual preventive maintenance service.
3. To facilitate the installation of disconnect switches to strategic locations (Carmen-Tumana Substation)
B. To facilitate the closing/opening of disconnect switch of Tumana-Umingan tie line.

AFFECTED AREAS:
A. BALUNGAO - Brgys. Capulaan, Kita-Kita, Mabini, Poblacion, Pugaro, San Joaquin, San Julian, San Marcelino, San Miguel, San Andres and San Raymundo
ROSALES - Entire Municipality except Brgys. Carmen East, Carmen West and Tomana West
B. BALUNGAO - Brgys. Angayan Norte, Angayan Sur, Esmeralda, Mauban, Rajal, San Aurelio I, San Aurelio II, San Aurelio III and San Leon

All works may be finished ahead of time and power may be restored earlier than or as scheduled, so please consider all lines and equipment energized at all times.
