🥺🥺🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
EDIT: Just to add context to my post, since meron hindi pa alam ang incident na ito, 29 deceased bodies of dogs and cats were found dumped in SJDM, Bulacan. The bodies were wrapped in plastic, labeled with names and body weights. May isang furparent nag identify na yung isang dog, si Ivy, is kanya na dinala niya for cremation sa Ahjay Pet Aftercare. Binigyan naman siya ng urn na may ash, only to find out tinapon lang pala si Ivy 😭

Grabe, hindi ako maka-move on. I have been so dysfunctional today, just thinking about the 29 bodies, and now finding out what really happened as one of them has been identified by a furparent.
Kung sa akin nangyari 'yan, I honestly don't know if I would even have the words to express the depth of my anger. I cannot imagine the pain, the rage, and the feeling of betrayal. And I don't even want to imagine the consequences of finding out that someone you entrusted with your beloved companion's aftercare treated their remains this way.
These animals had already lost their lives. But even in death, they were denied the dignity and respect they deserved. Their bodies were dumped like garbage, as if they were nothing. As if the lives they once lived meant nothing. As if they were never someone's beloved companion, never deserving of care, compassion, or even a dignified farewell.
There is something particularly heartbreaking about the desecration of a body. It's almost unthinkable that after losing their lives, these animals would be subjected to such indignity.
Losing a beloved companion is already devastating. To then find out what happened to their remains is an entirely different kind of heartbreak. I cannot imagine what Ivy's furparent is going through right now.
They deserved better. All 29 of them.
