Tisha came to AVH Canine Distemper Facility weak, barely eating, and fighting a battle against Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) — one of the most life-threatening diseases in dogs.

Every day was critical.
Every small improvement… a victory.

But Tisha didn’t give up — and neither did we. 💪🐶

Through intensive care, proper monitoring, and relentless support…

This is Orange, a 3-month-old Pomeranian-Chow mix who was referred to us by another clinic. When she arrived, she was weak, had difficulty breathing, and showing signs of distemper.

Distemper is a tough virus. Many dogs don’t make it. But Orange fought hard.

With intensive care, lots of love, and her family by her side every step of the way, Orange slowly started to recover. Day by day, she got stronger, and today, she’s walking, eating, and even wagging her tail again.

We’re so proud of her. She’s one of the lucky ones and a reminder that with the right care and hope, recovery is possible.
