• To unite, educate and organize farmers and non-farmers in urban and rural areas by conducting an advance-innovated Training & Orientation Seminar for a proper preparation of farm lots or vacant areas, organic fertilizer products information and the applications to every owned or vacant lot(s) of community’s base members and non-members;
• To promote and propagate the MOFPFA advance-innovated farming methods to all members and non-members including registered affiliated private and public group(s) as a direct consumers to patronized MOFPFA organic fertilizer products and incoming organic products;
• To train Agri-Aqua farming technicians and deploy & conduct orientations thru hands off to every community group members or non-members for educative and be qualified for a pilot sustainable livelihood projects were also be an entitled for a MOFPFA Beneficial Account Programs;
