The need to address overpopulation of our dogs and cats in the Philippines is real. Unless we address the root of the problem which is overpopulation , we can't stop ANIMAL ABUSE. Currently at 10million dogs and cats, Philippines is the second in most numbers of stray animals to India.
Why neuter matters? It is the only humane way to address the growing population of strays.
Why we need to address this? Countless animals on the street suffers. Countless animals are seen as pests.
We need to educate at the barangay level. We will do it. Help us do it. 🙏🏻
