This summer, let's keep our recovering furbabies safe and strong!☀️🐾

Dogs healing from distemper need extra care—especially during the heat. 🚨

Always provide fresh, cool water nearby. 💧

Keep them indoors or in shaded, breezy areas. 🌳🌬️

Avoid stress and outdoor activities during peak heat hours (10AM–4PM). 🕙☀️

Watch out for signs of overheating: excessive panting, weakness, drooling. 😰

Prioritize rest, comfort, and cool environments. 🛏️❄️

🐾 Direct Contact – Nose-to-nose greetings, shared food bowls, and even playtime can spread the virus.
🦠 Contaminated Objects – Toys, water bowls, and bedding can carry the virus for hours.
🦊 Wildlife Transmission – Raccoons, foxes, and other wild animals can spread it to dogs.
