PPBCC Foundation Inc. may be closing this chapter on our low-cost kapon promotions, but our mission to serve, educate, and advocate for responsible pet ownership continues.

We are grateful for everyone who has trusted us through the years, for every pet brought in, every life helped, and every family who chose to care responsibly. 🐾

As we move forward, PPBCC Veterinary Hospital will continue the low-cost spay/neuter program beginning March 5, 2026, ensuring that affordable kapon services remain available to our community.

This was taken last January in Qatar with my whole family. As you notice.. an orange cat suddenly walked right through the middle and sat down to join us in taking a picture. His right eye is blind but thankfully his left eye can still see kaya naki pic na rin sya sa amin. Such a cutee miming. Hope you're okay miming kirat as we call him 🥰
