🔹 Barangay Milagrosa residents will be prioritized during the event.

I can’t avoid being emotional seeing strays that’s been hit by a vehicle. I moved this poor soul at the side of the road, gasping for breath.

Saw this cat last night along JP Rizal corner Pasaje de Paz in Project 4 Quezon City (near Quirino Hospital). A passerby told me that the owner is just around the corner that is why I didn’t contain the cat.
