For Adoption 🧡
Hello, this is to formally inform our fellow furparents about a dog that was left in our care last November 21, 2025 for what was supposed to be a 2-day boarding only. It has now been more than three months, and despite our repeated follow-ups and given timelines, we have not been able to contact the Pet owner. Our calls and messages are no longer going through.
From day one, we have cared for this dog with patience, and genuine concern. As time passed, we developed deep care and sympathy for its situation, especially as it stayed with us far beyond the agreed period.
However, we have done our part to communicate and wait responsibly. As much as we care, we also have limitations in terms of space, time, and resources in our facility. It is no longer sustainable for us to continue providing long-term care without any response from the Pet owner.
We would also like to clarify that we do not require personal identification from Pet owners when they avail of our boarding services, as we operate on trust and assurance that pets will be picked up as agreed. Unfortunately, this experience has shown us that situations do not always turn out as expected.
For transparency and awareness, we are sharing this publicly. Due to the extended period of no communication and in consideration of what is best for the dog, we will now be proceeding with rehoming to a responsible and loving family who can provide the stability, commitment, and permanent care it deserves.
We sincerely hope that situations like this will no longer happen in the future. Responsible pet ownership matters, and every pet deserves a safe and permanent home.
