For deliveries via Lalamove or to areas outside Banga II, Plaridel, we follow a payment-first policy to ensure smooth transactions and avoid miscommunications.

We’ve removed the COD option for these areas due to repeated issues with unclaimed orders, which is unfair to our riders.

Please note that riders may occasionally request additional fees for bulky items. This is not a suggestion from the seller, and any extra you give to them is sincerely appreciated. We also ask for your understanding if a rider needs to cancel due to certain conditions.

COD remains available via our Shopee and TikTok shops (2–7 days delivery).
