To our dear furparents,

Thank you for trusting us with your furbabies and for being part of our growing family— in just 5 months, you have truly made Bath & Cuddles your extended home🥹

As we continue to elevate our space and overall experience, we will be making some gentle adjustments to our rates beginning APRIL 5, 2026 (Easter Sunday).

Most of our Salon services will have slight updates, while rates for our extra large furbabies have been thoughtfully adjusted to reflect the extra time, space, and attention they deserve.

We’ll also be making a small update to our Hotel rates as we continue to enhance every stay while our Daycare rates will mostly remain the same, with only minimal adjustments for extra large furbabies.

Rest assured, every change we make is and will always be centered on your furbabies’ comfort, safety, and happiness🐶🐱

Coming in with severe matting, it was time for Oreo to have a fresh start✨🤍

We chose a path that will carefully preserve Oreo’s fur through patient and gentle dematting. We worked slowly and tenderly, giving each tangled area the time and care it truly needed.

Now, Oreo’s fur can breathe, restart, and reset— most importantly, Oreo feels lighter and geegeel cutiepie once again🩷💚

Meimei first came to stay with us for a little 2-night trial, getting ready for her big 10-day holiday while her pawrents returned to their motherland to celebrate Chinese New Year 🧧✨

When Meimei arrived, she was ever so shy, always tucked safely beneath her towel like the tiniest fluffy burrito. This sweetest little munchkin, though timid in every way, would bravely peek out from her “hiding spot” whenever we gently called, “Where’s Meimei?” 🩷

Each time, we reassured her that she was safe, that this was her space, and that we were right here with her. And slowly, bravely, she would step out to see us.

When it was time for her 10-day stay, we prepared one of our large pods by the window, especially for her — carefully creating a cozy, serene little sanctuary she could call her home away from home, with all the quiet love we could offer.

She was still our shy little munchin the first couple of days. “Where’s Meimei?” became our special phrase — her gentle reassurance during mealtimes, tear-stain cleaning, and our soft check-ins throughout the day. Until the most heart-melting moment of all — she began allowing cuddle time🥰

Before long, though still a little unsure, Meimei started stepping out of her pod, curiously exploring her surroundings with tiny, brave steps.

Watching her feeling more and more at home was the sweetest gift💚🥹🩷

We just celebrated our very first Valentine’s Weekend with our Salon, Daycare, and Hotel furbabies — and our hearts have never been fuller! 🩷🐾💚

Together, we’ve joined hearts and expanded our love a little FURther by sharing a portion of all weekend services with our Pawtner Foundation — spreading love beyond our walls and into the paws that need it most🤍🥹🙏🏻
