📅 Booking & Reservation Policy
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We accommodate a maximum of 1–3 small dogs or cats per day to ensure personalized care. Advance booking is
required. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only once details are finalized via chat/sms/call.
💰 Rates & Payment
Rates depend on the duration of stay (daycare or overnight). Please message us for updated rates. Bathing service is available upon request for an additional fee. Full payment is due upon drop-off unless agreed otherwise.
🧾 Pet Owner Responsibilities
To ensure your pet's comfort and health, owners must provide:
🐾 Vaccination records (proof required before first stay)
🧃 Pet’s food, treats, and supplements
🧸 Diapers (if needed), favorite toys or blanket
💊 Medications with written instructions (if any)
🐶 Pet Care & Environment
We are a home-based, cage-free setup with supervised roaming. Pets are walked for potty breaks and kept in a safe, calm space, especially for anxious or thunder-sensitive pets. Daily photo/video updates will be sent via Messenger or Viber.
🛑 Health & Safety
We reserve the right to decline pets who show signs of illness, aggression, or incomplete vaccination. We are not a veterinary facility. Any health concerns should be disclosed before the stay. In case of emergency, we will contact the owner immediately and bring the pet to the nearest vet (at owner’s expense).
🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee (if applicable).
