⚠️ MGA PAALALA SA PAGPAPA-BAKUNA AT MICROCHIPPING:
- Siguraduhing 3 buwan pataas and edad ng alagang papabakunahan.
- Dapat ay malusog, masigla at walang sakit si furbaby sa araw ng bakuna.
- Hindi buntis o nagpapadede ang alagang papabakunahan.
- Paliguan bago magpa-bakuna, at huwag paliguan ng 7 days pagkatapos bakunahan.
- Itali o Ikulong sa carrier and mga alagang hayop para sa kanilang kaligtasan.
- Magdala ng sariling ballpen para sa form.

Ito po ay “first come, first serve basis” at walang reservation. Paalala lang din po na magdala ng mga pangdampot ng dumi ng inyong alaga.

Ito po ay handog ng Pasig City Veterinary Services Department in collaboration with, PVMA, PVDA, Vets Love Nature and DLSAU Volunteer Vets.
