Sometimes you need to weigh the pros and cons of exposing your pup to new outdoor experiences. Rosie pup is in the right moment being just three months old and yet not having completed her vaccinations (already had three vaxs).

Your pup is not too young to learn. At 30 days old the lab pups were learning their names. In a week even the slowest learner responded to his name. Then taught all seven together to behave "sit" during mealtimes, how to "wait" for their turn, how to do eye to eye contact. No command words. The one far off, quiet and well behaved was picked up first and given his bowl. Only the quietly sitted ones were picked up and fed. By the time the fourth pup was chosen the rest were figuring it out, mini light bulbs flashing inside their brains. After 14 days it was hard to chose which pup, all were sitted and looking eye to eye at me. Once in a while one or two pups would break, jump, hang on the railing that separated us. No problem they just go to the end of the line-up.
