🐾 Our rescued animals need your support for food 🐾 🙏

With so.much work at the sanctuary, we didn’t even realize it was Friday yesterday, and we missed posting for our usual FIFTY PESOS FRIDAY.

Helping rescued animals, sharing love, showing up with kindness, these can happen anytime. 💜

So if you have P50.00 to spare today, or tomorrow, or whenever your heart feels called to give, our rescued animals would be so grateful. Your donations go to our rescues' urgent need for food every single day.

Thank you for always being there, whether it’s Friday or not. 🐶🐱

We share missing pet posts as requested by their heartbroken owners. These animals are family to someone. Let’s treat their situation with compassion and respect.

Shame on you if your first instinct when seeing a plea for help is to ask how much money you’ll get out of it. 😡 Maybe it’s not the animal that’s lost, it’s your humanity.

We will continue posting missing pets, because someone out there is still hoping. And we will continue to call out this kind of disgusting behavior every single time.

To those who offer help, keep watch, or share the post—thank you. 💜🐾

"May sakit ung a*o eh."

Every day, we receive messages from pet owners wanting to surrender their pets:
“I have no time, I’m working.”
“We’re moving and can’t bring the pet.”
“The dog is sick.”
“She became aggressive.”
“I just had a baby.”
“I can’t take care of a senior.”

And then, the audacity to follow it with emotional blackmail:
“If you can’t take him, I’ll just leave him in the street.”
“He’ll end up in the pound.”
“Kakatayin na lang.”

This is not concern for the animal, this is guilt-tripping to escape responsibility.

💔 And no, a shelter is not a dumping ground for pets you no longer want.

Animals who’ve known the warmth of a home do not thrive well in shelters. They grieve. They stop eating. They break.

When you surrender a pet to a shelter, you take away the spot that could’ve saved a stray still out there suffering.

Before getting a pet, ask yourself:
Can I commit to them for 10–15 years, through sickness, old age, lifestyle changes, and inconvenience?
Do I have the time, space, and resources to care for them every day of their life?

And if you already have pets, spay and neuter them. So many people end up with “too many” animals simply because they didn’t act responsibly.

And if you truly can no longer care for your pet, the very least you owe them is a safe and responsible rehoming, not passing the burden to others who are already drowning.

A pet is a lifetime responsibility, not only when it's convenient.

🐾 FIFTY PESOS FRIDAY 🐾 PLEASE HELP OUR RESCUED ANIMALS. 🙏

You may have noticed we’ve been quiet on this page lately. The truth is, we’ve been going through a difficult time, aside from the physical, emotional and mental stress of caring for hundreds of rescued animals everyday. We’ve had to focus all our energy on the rescued animals in our sanctuary, doing what we can with the limited resources we have.

The bad weather hasn’t helped.
Feeding hundreds of dogs, cats, and farm animals daily, keeping them safe, warm, and dry doesn’t stop, even when the support does.

They are safe, yes. But safety is not enough. They still need food — just one of the many things we must provide.

We don’t like to keep asking. But for them we need to. Donate what you can please. We badly need food for them. 🙏

Thank you so much! 🐾💜
