💡 With the help of our ECG (Electrocardiogram), we found signs of right-sided heart failure — an enlarged heart (cardiomegaly) causing fluid buildup (ascites) in the abdomen.

FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) — specifically the wet form, which causes fluid buildup in the abdomen, also known as ascites.

Cystine Stones

Cystine stones are a rare type of bladder stone that forms due to a genetic condition called cystinuria. This condition prevents the kidneys from properly filtering cystine (an amino acid), leading to the formation of stones in the bladder.

⚠ Signs & Symptoms

Watch out for these signs that may indicate cystine stones:
✅ Difficulty or pain when urinating
✅ Frequent urination with only small amounts of urine
✅ Blood in urine (pinkish or red color)
✅ Straining to urinate or licking the ge***al area frequently
✅ Loss of appetite and weakness

🚨 EMERGENCY ALERT! 🚨
If your dog has not urinated for 12-24 hours, seek veterinary help immediately! A blockage can be life-threatening.
