If there is a genuine concern regarding a patient or a service provided by our clinic, we invite the concerned pet owner to communicate with us directly and provide the relevant case details so the matter can be properly reviewed based on medical records and facts.

Harassment, abusive language, and coordinated disruption of our business page will be documented, reported, and moderated accordingly.

We remain committed to providing veterinary care to our patients and communicating professionally with our clients.
