We do not tolerate animal cruelty and severe action has been taken to ensure that the employee has been removed from Operations effective immediately. We will take further steps to ensure that this incident will not happen again in the future and implement stricter screenings in the hiring process.

We humbly ask for your trust and understanding that this is dealt with under maximum penalty. We do not condone these actions and will not let it pass easily.

We are coordinating with the furbaby’s owner to provide support and help from our end at this time.

To our valued clients,

We are saddened by what transpired earlier today to one of our regular clients and her furbaby. The incident is unfortunate and we do not agree to such unprofessional handling done and what transpired after. Such incident would have been prevented / stopped immediately if other store staff was made aware of what had transpired on that same time. We understand that our apologies will not be enough but we deeply apologize to our clients about this. Immediate remedy is being applied to correct and avoid similar unfortunate incident to ever happen again, with the groomer in the incident being reprimanded with heavy disciplinary actions.
The groomer is terminated and will not work or operate in the shop anymore.

Again, we are very sorry for this as we value the wellbeing of everyone, furparent and furbabies alike. We may not be able to take back what has happened, but this will serve as a heavy lesson moving forward.
