P.S this patient was checked in her owner’s vehicle as suspected patient for Canine distemper is not allowed to go inside the clinic.

Canine distemper is a highly contagious, whole body, viral disease of dogs. It is characterized by fever, loss of white blood cells, nasal discharge, digestive signs, and inflammation of the lungs and brain.

Pls vaccinate your furbabies as early as 6 weeks againts this fatal and contagious disease 🥲

Erlichiosis is a disease transmitted by ticks. You can prevent this one by giving preventive medicine (monthly or every 3 months).

Feline panleukopenia virus, the parvovirus that causes this disease, occurs worldwide and can persist for more than a year in the environment unless potent disinfectants are used to inactivate it.

How to prevent?
1. Vaccinate your kittens and adult cats
2. Do not let them roam outside if not yet vaccinated againts this disease
