UPDATE: Reward Increased to ₱65,000!

An anonymous donor has pledged ₱10,000 as a reward for anyone who can identify the suspect and provide solid evidence. If you have any information, please come forward. Justice must be served for this innocent dog.

Edit: Senator JV Ejercito has pledged an additional ₱15,000, bringing the total reward to ₱60,000 for information leading to the identification of the suspect.
