The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Office of the Provincial Veterinarian (OPV), in partnership with Biyaya Animal Care, will conduct free spay and neuter services for dogs as part of its continuing efforts to promote responsible pet ownership and humane animal population management across the province.
Schedule of Activities:
• February 11–12, 2026 – Tagbilaran City
• February 13, 2026 – Dauis
• February 14, 2026 – Panglao
• February 15, 2026 – Loon
• February 16, 2026 – Calape
The Office of the Provincial Veterinarian reminds the public of the following:
• Registration will be on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum of 200 pets accommodated per day.
• Pre-registration is required. Interested pet owners are advised to coordinate with their respective City/Municipal Veterinary or Agriculture Offices for registration and additional guidelines.
• Walk-in participants will not be accommodated.
The Provincial Government of Bohol, led by Gov. Aris Aumentado, extends its gratitude to Biyaya Animal Care and all partners who continue to support initiatives that uphold animal welfare and community well-being. Through this program, not only are companion animals provided with essential veterinary care, but pet owners are also given access to free and vital services.
