1st-Year Students and Parents Forum 2026

This forum is an important initial engagement between the College, students, and parents as we formally welcome the newest members of the DVM program. It aims to provide a clear understanding of the academic journey in veterinary medicine, including program structure, learning expectations, academic policies, and standards of performance and discipline. It also serves as a venue to discuss student support systems and strengthen communication between the College and families, ensuring that everyone is aligned in guiding students toward academic success and professional formation.

More importantly, this activity emphasizes the shared responsibility of students, parents, and the institution in shaping competent, disciplined, and service-oriented future veterinarians. Through this forum, we aim to build a strong foundation of collaboration and support that will accompany students throughout their DVM journey.
