Sisimulan na ng MMDA sa Lunes, May 26, ang muling pagpapatupad ng No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP). Sakop nito ang Circumferential at Radial Roads sa Metro Manila na nasa hurisdiksiyon ng ahensiya.

Ang NCAP ay ang panghuhuli ng paglabag sa batas trapiko ng mga nagmamaneho base sa mga kuha ng closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras sa mga nasabing pangunahing lansangan sa Metro Manila.

Pairalin ang disiplina sa daan sa lahat ng oras at pagkakataon. Maging maingat sa pagmamaneho at sumunod sa batas trapiko upang maiwasan ang anumang paglabag at multa.

Our fellow warrior 3Engr CHRISTIAN LABSAN MIS PSTP-20 is asking for our support during this incredibly challenging time. Let’s come together and show the power of unity and compassion. Below is his heartfelt message:

📌 **"Diagnosed po ako ng lymphoma, stage 3. Hindi pa po ako makapag-undergo ng chemotherapy dahil po sa mga complications ko, specifically po yung pagkakaroon ko ng tubig sa puso at baga dahil sa naiipit po ng mass yung puso ko (superior vena cava). Nanganganib na din po akong magka-heart failure dahil sa nacocompress na po ng tubig sa puso ko yung mismong muscle. Nahihirapan na po akong lumunok, huminga, at magsalita. Namamanas na din po ang binti ko at paa.

Di po kami makalabas dito sa ManilaMed dahil sa di namin masettle ang bill, at yung thoracentesis (drainage ng fluid sa lungs) at pericardiocentesis (drainage ng fluid sa heart) ay sa PGH po sana namin ipapagawa, pero tinapat na po ako ng cardio thoracic surgeon ko na kahit sa PGH ipagawa ay malaki pa din po ang aabutin."**
