The Duterte Strain is a Sativa-dominant hybrid from Support Your LOCAL Grower Philippines and was cultivated indoors due to the harsh laws of the Philippines.

This hybrid Sativa dominant cross was made in the Philippines and shared to Monsterbud PH growers as regular seeds. The first phenotypes that had been shared was the Duterte Photoperiod, a hybrid photoperiods the were grown by Monsterbud Cagayan Valley and Muntinlupa. *not to be mistaken as the 'Duterte Auto'.

Duterte photoperiod has a heirloom genetics into it, our very own Local Kalinga, a wild landrace from Southeast Asia that were in**ed and kept by our Kalinga natives. SYLGP did a great job stabilizing our wild strain and gave us this first hybrid cross - the Duterte Strain.

This particular strain has a vigorous growth during vegetative stage and require different pruning and training techniques to control its height. It develop flexible branches and has an average flowering time of 10-12 weeks (indoors). Patience for growing this train will be rewarded with resinous and dense buds , with sweet, lemon and citrus smell and taste, very long lasting. The effect is a typical of pure sativas , happy, euphoric, positive and uplifting.
