Cats of Circuit Makati is NOT a shelter.

Dumping cats does not guarantee them safety or a better life. Many abandoned cats, especially kittens, become sick, injured, malnourished, or get run over after being left in unfamiliar place.

Please also do NOT remove community cats from the area without coordinating with volunteers first. Many of these cats are already fed, monitored, and spayed/neutered. They are familiar with their surroundings and volunteers.

We also have an adoption process in place. Cats cannot simply be taken from the community without permission or proper screening. This helps ensure the safety and welfare of the cats and prevents irresponsible ownership, relocation, or disappearance of community cats under our care.

If you are interested in adopting, please message our page and go through the proper adoption process.

If you can no longer care for your pets:
• Rehome responsibly
• Seek adopters or shelters
• Spay and neuter your pets
• Ask rescue groups for help instead of abandoning them

Animal abandonment is ILLEGAL under the Animal Welfare Act (RA 8485, amended by RA 10631).

If you witness dumping or suspicious removal of community cats, please report it to security or message our page with photo/video evidence if possible.

Meet Taho 🐾

Left behind, she did what she could to survive until she was spotted. We're trying our best to provide for the community cats already in our care, but as a small group of volunteers—not a managed shelter—our resources are limited.

Every newly "dumped" cat adds a weight to our collective effort that we simply cannot carry alone. We need help to keep cats like Taho thriving.

How you can help:

• Adopt: If you’re ready to welcome a cat like Taho into your life, send us a message and we’ll help you find your match.

• Donate: We rely100% on donations to keep them nouribshed. Your generosity is their lifeline—please keep the kibble and wet food coming!

• Volunteer: We need hands-on help with feeding, TNVR, and health monitoring. Weekdays are our toughest shifts to fill, but weekend help is always appreciated.

• Be Responsible: Please, stop the dumping. Abandonment isn’t a "rescue"—it’s a crisis for our small team trying to do our best.
