🚨 BABALA SA LEPTOSPIROSIS! 🚨
Ngayong tag-ulan, mataas ang panganib ng leptospirosis lalo na kung ikaw ay lumusong o naglakad sa baha!

❗Narito ang mga DAPAT GAWIN kung ikaw ay na-expose sa baha o maruming tubig:

🧼 1. Hugasan agad ang katawan at sugat
gamit ang sabon at malinis na tubig. Kahit maliit na galos, maaaring pasukan ng bacteria!

🚿 2. Maligo agad pagkatapos lumusong sa baha
at Tanggalin ang dumi at bacteria sa katawan.

👀 3. Obserbahan ang katawan sa loob ng 7-14 araw

🚨Mga sintomas na dapat bantayan:
👉 Lagnat
👉 Pananakit ng kalamnan at kasu-kasuan
👉 Pananakit ng ulo
👉 Paninilaw ng mata o balat
👉 P**a ang mata

⚕️ 4. Kumonsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na health center o ospital

Kung may sintomas, huwag balewalain — maaaring delikado!

💊 5. Magtanong kung may libreng gamot (Doxycycline). May ilang barangay at LGU na nagbibigay ng prophylaxis bilang pang-iwas.

🧤 6. Magsuot ng proteksyon kapag kailangang lumusong sa baha. Gumamit ng bota, gloves, o kahit plastic na pambalot sa paa.

❗TANDAAN:
Ang leptospirosis ay seryosong sakit pero ito ay maiiwasan sa tamang kaalaman at pag-iingat.
