Please read the reminders

Age requirement is 6 months and above for both dogs and cats. Pets must be apparently healthy. Fasting is observed for at least 8 hours. Female pets should not be in heat (menstruating) or have not recently given birth. Additional Php500 for every 5kgs applies for dogs with more than 15kgs of weight.
