📌 RECEPTIONIST
Qualifications:
1. Friendly, organized, and great with people and pets
2. Good communication and customer service skills
3. Can handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
4. Computer literate; experience in front desk or admin work is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets warmly
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage records
- Handle billing, collect payments and coordinate with the vet team
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
📌 VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
1. Passionate about animals and willing to learn
2. Physically fit and comfortable handling pets of all sizes
3. Can follow instructions and work well with a team
4. Experience in animal care is an advantage, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assist the vet during exams and treatments
- Care for hospitalized and boarding animals
- Clean and disinfect cages, equipment, and clinic areas
- Provide support in clinic operations
