1) Buy some cute balloons. Choose a cute color.

I know, I know, white gets dirty fast, but it matches his outfit.

2) Cut the top part of the balloon. (Make sure you blow up the balloon a little before you cut it. Makes it more stretchy.)

3) Put balloon onto paw.

Voila!
