✅ A blanket or towel from home – the familiar scent helps calm your cat and can be used for gentle restraint if needed during the exam.
✅ Your cat’s favorite treats – these can provide comfort, distraction, and positive reinforcement.

📚 According to the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) and veterinary behavior experts, bringing familiar items and using treats can significantly reduce feline anxiety at the clinic.

🎉 Winter the Warrior! 🎉

Today, we’re celebrating a very special patient, Winter, the brave little Shih Tzu who just finished her chemotherapy journey for lymphoma. 🐾❄️

From the moment she walked into Vetsquare, Winter faced every treatment, poke, and procedure with so much heart. Through it all, she remained the sweet, strong, and resilient pup we’ve all come to love.

Finishing chemo is no small feat, and Winter did it with flying colors. 💙 We’re incredibly proud of her progress and so grateful to have been part of her care team.
