That’s why I recently visited a 3-floor goat farm here in Singapore 🇸🇬. Seeing how farming can thrive even in a limited urban space was truly inspiring. It proves that with innovation, passion, and smart design, agriculture is possible anywhere — even in the heart of a city.

From vertical systems to efficient animal care, this experience reminds us that the future of farming doesn’t always require vast land… sometimes it just needs vision.

How amazing would it be to see something like this rise in Cebu one day—an iconic green landmark that celebrates nature, tourism, education, and climate consciousness all at once!

It’s always easier said than done. 🌊💧
The people of Cebu are hoping that our Local Government Units (LGUs) finally see the bigger picture— and not just follow the usual quick-fix, short-term solutions.
What we need is a holistic approach — one that connects planning, engineering, governance, and education. From the mountains to the sea, every drop of water follows nature’s design — and so should our plans. 🌱🏞️
✅ Revisit and update the CLUP (Comprehensive Land Use Plan)
✅ Implement the JICA Drainage Master Plan fully, not partially
✅ Empower LGUs to enforce zoning and protect waterways
✅ Engage architects, engineers, and developers for integrated solutions
✅ Educate communities on sustainable development
Let’s build a Cebu that can breathe again — where water has space to flow and planning has the courage to lead. 💪🌊

Updates on our Compostela Big Hydroponics Farm:

We are deeply saddened to share that our big hydroponic farm in Compostela was 80% damaged due to Typhoon . The strong winds and heavy rain severely affected the structure, and it will take significant funds and hard work to rebuild and re-operate.

Despite this major setback, our advocacy remains unshaken — to provide fresh, healthy, and pesticide-free vegetables for our community. 🌿

This challenge will not stop us. We may have been hit hard, but we will recover and come back stronger than ever. 💪

We humbly ask for your patience, prayers, and continued support as we rebuild what we’ve started. Together, we will make our farm thrive again. 💚

We regret to inform everyone that CebuHydrogreens will be temporarily closed until further notice due to the severe impact of Typhoon .
Unfortunately, the damage to our facilities is extensive and will require significant time and effort to restore.

We anticipate that our recovery may take around 3 to 6 months before we can safely resume operations.
