That was a really long break we took. Good News! Will be coming back soon! Will keep you guys posted. Currently starting over again (which they say is never easy) but will be applying the best quality care they can ever have.
* Quality bedding and housing.
* Quality food and treats of course. W/ required nutrients included
* Quality monitoring of weight and personalities
(yep! including this)
* WIth Date of Birth, ID, Parents ID and history
* With pictures while growing up separated by albums
* With Complete hedgehog profile and proper care guide (the How-To's and When-To's)
Will not be rehoming to resellers or shop sellers. Trust me, I will know. Only to responsible owners who can follow instructions in taking care of them with complete Basic Needs prepared and with time, effort and patience available on their hands. Again, I will know.
Based on experience, some rehomers just turned my babies into backyard breeders reducing the quality and selling them as if they were slaughter animals to make money out of them.
Made me sad to see the babies I once held in my hands provided with quality care taught to me by dozens of responsible hedgehog owners have been under the hands of mass breeders who sell them for the least amount of money. Or the irresponsible owners who just ended up reselling them simply because they cant even take care of them. I've been given reasons about declining health of the owner, or no time because of school or work and eventually some babies were returned to me.
These babies need time and effort and a whole lot of patience. They need a healthy owner as well who can help them stay healthy and can provide them what we can call home with safety and proper nutrition. Hopefully this time we can avoid rehoming these babies to irresponsible owners. Thank you and have a great day!
