1 highly pregnant young lady and 1 snowwhite cat (Snowy) rescued from Hayahay. They're both very social cats and therefore at risk from weirdos, so they will be much safer with us. Snowy was kept safe by the Hayahay staff (our friend Rey), who requested us to take her in.

Busy day for the cats today. After deworming and spay/neuter, our cattery gained 3 new residents. Ginger's not so happy yet, but soon he'll start to make friends and realise he's in for something good

UPDATE: Brave was found to be positive for heartworm and ehrlichia, so he will need quite a while to recover.

Rescue of Brave from the very busy crossing of Osmen̈a Ave in Kalibo. He was probably involved in a traffic incident, but he's a really sweet doggie!

Missing dog!

We need help, we don’t know where to ask pero may it be na tamang page eto to help us locate our missing dog. It’s been 4 days na when Simon went missing. Indi na sya nakabalik nang church nung lumabas sya that night. Our address po is sa Polo Baptist Church, New Washington, Aklan. Please help us find him. Beagle po sya and wala syang neck chain. Pero he can recognize pag tinawag sya by his name “Simon”. Thank you and we keep on praying 🙏🏻

"Archibald"

Please help with vet bills PHP 16,500 (€ 242) - see below - for this abandoned dog with ingrown collar that we rescued.

This male dog was reported to us, hanging around in the Numancia area, with a severely ingrown collar. After a few days he was successfully cornered and caught so we could bring him to a vet right away. He was tested for common disease and he was operated on to remove the collar. All went well and Archibald is recovering. He's now safe with us at Aklan Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation Center (Philippines).
