Meet Dior, our brave French Bulldog mama!
She underwent an emergency C-section and safely delivered four healthy and chubby puppies.

FOUR FIGHTERS ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY

These four brave cats recently came to FurrPet Clinic, all struggling with severe urinary blockages. One of them, Winter, was sadly left behind by their owner—abandoned in the middle of treatment. But because every life matters to us, we stepped in and gave Winter the care he needed. Like the other three, he was catheterized, his bladder flushed, and his condition closely monitored.

All four cats had enlarged bladders filled with crystals, making it painful and impossible for them to urinate. Through days of careful catheterization, fluid therapy, and lots of TLC, their urine finally cleared—and the catheters were safely removed.

Thanks to the dedication of our team and the love (and in Winter’s case, our love) they received, they’re now back to urinating normally, feeling much better, and well on their way to full recovery.

Let their journey be a reminder: early intervention saves lives, and proper vet care makes all the difference.

Meet Sowi, 🐾❤️

Sowi was brought to us because she was having difficulty urinating and had become weak. Concerned about her condition, we performed an ultrasound and discovered large bladder stones blocking her urethra.

Later on, her condition worsened, and she began vomiting. Seeing the urgency, we immediately proceeded with a cystotomy—a surgical procedure to remove the stones and relieve her discomfort. Thankfully, the surgery was successful, and Sowi is now on her way to recovery! Her owner is relieved to see her improving and regaining her strength.

Sowi's case is a reminder that urinary issues can quickly become life-threatening. If your pet is struggling to urinate, vomiting, or showing signs of distress, seek veterinary care immediately.

Meet our brave mama Aspin, 🐾❤️

She was rescued by kind police officers 👮🏻👮🏻‍♂️after showing up at their station visibly pregnant. On the night of April 3, she began labor, and by April 4, she was brought to us—already struggling. A puppy’s tail was seen protruding, but the feet had come out first and got stuck, causing a dangerous condition called dystocia.

We acted fast and performed an emergency C-section. It was a risky procedure—mama was already weak, anemic, and had low platelets—but we knew we had to try.
Thankfully, the surgery was a success! Mama dog is now recovering well, and she delivered one big, strong, and healthy puppy🐶

This story is a reminder of the strength of mama dogs and the importance of timely veterinary care. At Furrpet Animal Clinic, we’re here to give every furry life a fighting chance. ❤️🐶
