Ang 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗿 kay usa ka panaghugpong nga gilangkuban sa mga estudyante sa West Visayas State University na gikan sa mga lugar sa Visayas ug Mindanao nga Bisaya ang pinulongan. Nalakip pud ang ubang estudyante nga dili kabalo magbinisaya. Ang tumong sa mao nga organisasyon kay ang 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙮 𝙪𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙖 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚.
