* We have a first come, first served policy. Pencil booking will only be held for 24 hours. Strictly for online bookings only.

* A contract for an event will only arise upon RI-LIE Private Pool Resort and you entering into a venue hire agreement and 50% deposit is made. "No deposit means no reservation".

* P3,000 security bond is required upon check-in (refundable upon check-out).

* An hourly extension is allowed if there is no prior booking. P1,000.00 per hour.

* PARTIES and EVENTS: Corkage fee of P3,000.00. Additional lights and sound charge may vary. ( No sticking of banners, posters and balloons on the walls, no party poppers, no double sided tapes, and nails. Poster area is provide).

* Down payment is non-refundable. Such payment may only be refunded if by reason of force majeure or fortuitous events (Fire, Flood, Lighting Strike, earthquake, landslide, explosion, volcanic eruption).

* Rebooking or change of date is allowed when done at least 15 days prior to check-in date with 10% surcharge. Non-appearance on schedule will forfeited.

* There is no wheelchair access in the resort.

* Wear proper swimming attire (swimsuit, rash guard, swimming trunks, short with no zipper and buttons). babies and toddlers are required to wear SWIM DIAPER.

* Guest should bring their own towels and personal toiletries. This is for sanitary purposes but rest assured that all the pillowcase, bedsheet and blankets are being changed every after guests.

* Please bring your own dining and cooking utensils.

* No pets allowed. Sorry
