Position: Front Desk Officer
Type: (1) Full-Time & (1) Part-Time
Who We’re Looking For:
👩🏻💼Female, 26-35 years old
Passionate about dogs and cats, honest, respectful, reliable, enthusiastic and professional in all interactions.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✔️Excellent customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor
✔️Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔️Proficient in operating office equipment such as computers, printers, and reservation systems
✔️Strong multitasking and time management abilities
✔️Attention to detail in handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and administrative tasks
✔️Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
✔️Capable of maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy workspace

Genuine care and compassion for dogs and cats, responsible, enthusiastic, patient, and gentle in handling pets.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✔️Prior experience in pet care and basic knowledge of pet health and safety standards is a plus but not required
✔️Provide holistic care to pets in our facility
✔️ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pet areas and equipment
✔️ Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
✔️ Team player with a positive attitude
✔️ Willingness to work in a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
