🏦 Buying a whole collection with a credit-union loan: “I used that, the bank, to pay off the collection and then I’m using the collection to pay off the bank.”
⚖️ How he splits long-term projects from animals that sell now: “I would definitely say it’s a 70-30 mix.”

📈 “The market isn’t gone. You just have to produce new things.”
