SURRENDERED BY THE OWNERS

While we were at the pound, we met these dogs and we were told that they are surrendered by their owners. The barangay obliged themselves to the request of these owners, that they want to get rid of their dogs. And by that, these dogs are sent to the pound to be slaughtered. TO BE EUTHANIZED.

It is a common knowledge that most pounds kill the dogs they capture and not claimed, the same goes to the surrendered dogs.

While claiming costs owners a sum, the owners who surrender their dogs get the chance of legally having their dogs killed. This is one part of the law in stray control and depopulation and animal welfare that's totally inconsistent.

These dogs are not strays, these dogs are owned, requested by their owners to be killed in the pound. Sadly, the barangays oblige.

Frustrating to deal with customers like this. Ordered an item, then claimed it was ‘wrong’ because it didn’t fit their pet (even though the size was clearly in the description). Nagpa-refund from Grab then another one via GCash. So, double the refund?

Grab GrabFood PH , please be more careful in assessing cases like this. You used to be very responsive, but now it seems like fact-checking is being overlooked. Businesses like ours are just trying to make a living, let’s not enable dishonesty. Filed a report 5 days ago, wla pa rin til now.

Nothing wrong with issuing a refund since we met the customer personally and got the item back. But I didn’t know she also filed a complaint through our merchant partner so now we got charged back too. Disappointing service.
