GET READY FOR THE 9TH PANABO CITY FUN DOG SHOW!...

Here's how you can join:

1) Download and print this DOG SHOW ENTRY FORM ➡https://docs.google.com/document/d/17nbfrdEd0aLrX7zGBryB37xjbf00-XEo/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=110449020714580253440&rtpof=true&sd=true
2) Fill out one entry form per dog per category and submit completed form to the designated Event Secretariat at the venue on March 22, 2022 from 12:30PM until 1:30PM. To join the Dog Fashion Show, make sure a separate registration form is completed and submitted.

GUIDELINES:
1) Open to all dog owners, handlers, and breeders (residing within Davao Region) aged 8 years old and above. Participants are required to present COVID-19 vaccination card.
2) Dog entry should be at least 4 mos. old and above and must have an updated Rabies vaccination record. Bring your dog's Rabies Vaccination Card as proof of recent vaccination (vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the competition).
3) Each dog entry may join in one of the following categories: a) Puppy, b) "Aspin", c) Small Breed, d) Large Breed, or e) American Bully. Entry can also participate in the dog fashion show competition (dogs with ready costumes/ outfit/ embellishments).
4) A maximum of two (2) dogs may be registered per dog owner.
5) Pregnant dogs and female dogs that are "in heat" are discouraged to participate.
6) Final admission of the dog as an entry will be decided upon evaluation of its condition by the show vet/s.

DOG SHOW COMPETITION RULES AND HEALTHY/SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
1) The dog owner accepts full responsibility for his/her dog's actions. Dogs must be kept on lead or leash at all times.
2) Entrants not exemplifying responsible pet ownership (i.e. abusing or neglecting their dogs) will not be considered. Dogs left unattended and off-leash or those exhibiting unsafe or threatening behavior will be removed from the show as determined by the Dog Show Committee.
3) Dog owners are expected to clean after their dogs and properly dispose of waste and garbage in designated garbage bags/bins found at the venue.
4) Dog Show Officials will remove from the show any person who abuses Show Personnel or fellow participant/s.
5) Dog entries should be at the venue (Panabo City Gym) at 12:30PM on March 22, 2022.
6) Participants are required to wear face mask and face shield at all times.
7) Physical distancing should be strictly observed.
8) Only those participants with vaccination cards will be allowed inside the venue.

JUDGING:
1) There will be a panel of judges whose decisions are final and binding. The winners (1st , 2nd, and 3rd) in each category will be selected based on the above-mentioned criteria.
2) In the event of a tie, the winner/s will be determined by the Chair of the Board of Judges.
