Summertime is not over! 🌞🕶

Did you know more daylight hours can induce heat in queens or even young kittens? It can, and right now we are still experiencing longer summer days.

Worry not! Neutering prevents unplanned or unexpected pregnancy 😼 (and the added expenses of additional kittens/cats esp. as prices of fuel and basic commodities remain high 😿).

Effective May 7, 2026:
✔️ We will also be providing free post-operative injectable antibiotics — until supplies last.

✔️ Since we opened, we have been giving intra- and post-operative analgesia (painkiller) for free. Pain management is a significant component for comfortable recovery. Moving forward however, we will be charging a small additional amount for said analgesia to help us keep up with increasing clinic expenses.

Do not miss out or let the heat beat you! Book now for affordable, accessible, and convenient spay or castration.

Every neutered pet is a step towards curbing stray animal population.

To show our commitment to accessible and convenient cat healthcare, we made it a point to operate on a walk-in only basis.

However as our manpower remains stretched thin, we will now be instituting an appointment system effective May 7, 2026.

Walk-ins will remain welcome. Accommodating of walk-ins (esp. neuter walk-ins) will be based upon the number of booked or pending patients for the day.

Do not miss out! Book now or inquire via messenger. 😼

Specially-abled pets have a knack of stealing our hearts. They certainly do not let their "special" feature/s slow them down, showing just how perfect they are despite the wobbly gait, or a missing eye or limb, or healed severe injury.

Let us show tons more of appreciation today on for all quirky pets and their unmatched zest for life! ❤️

PP and Oswalda are just two of many specially-abled pets. Both of them have funky hindlimbs. Whether present at birth or sustained from a blunt-force trauma, we will never know. But they still both enjoy chasing toys, jumping or climbing high, and getting into zoomies. 😸

What's your specially-abled pet's or pets' story? Share them below! 😻

Today is also ! 😎

Tabbies with their characteristic M-on-the-foreheads are considered the most common cats. They vary widely too in and of themselves.

🐈 Color-wise, there are olive/gray and orange tabbies. Rarely there are silver or dilute ones.

🐈 Pattern-wise, we have classic (which is fairly uncommon in the Philippines), mackerel, spotted, and - the rare - ticked tabbies.

🐈 Tabby-and-white cats are genetically tabbies underneath. Their white fur are said to come from a white-spotting gene, which hides parts of their tabby coat.

🐈 Caliby (calico with tabby patches instead of solid black) and torbie (tabby with mottled orange spots) are considered by some as patched tabbies. *For us though, a caliby is more calico than tabby 😅*

Showcased in the reel are our tabby clinic cats and some honorary kitties! 😻 Most of them are tabby-and-white with mackerel stripes. Buntis (our very first TNVR; she regularly visits to ask for kibbles) and Duncan are ticked. Notice they only have stripes on their limbs. Bebot is our torbie.

Celebrate with us all the tabby cats. Let's show these M-agnificent felines lots of love today.

Drop a photo of your tabby/ies in the comments section. As always, we'd love to see them all! 😻

Everyone, meet Malunggay and Pandesal! 😻

They are part of a trio of kittens rescued and fostered by our team. And they are ready to be adopted! 😽😼🤞

Malunggay (torbie) and Pandesal (green tabby) are healthy and energetic. They have already received NexGard Combo. They are bonded and ideally must be adopted together. When they come of age, we will give them free neuter and anti-rabies shots.

*What about the third kitten, you say? Their sister Siobhan (ginger tabby) got sick two weeks ago, hence we decided against putting her up for adoption. Instead, we kept her in our clinic for treatment.

She is now doing well and having a growth spurt ❤️*

We are not a shelter but we hope today on , Malunggay and Pandesal find their destined humans and purr-ever homes.

Kindly reach us if you wish to adopt this pretty girl and handsome boy. If not, kindly share their story. Let us help them find their forever family ❤️

It is ! 🙀

Today is about giving chance (or chances). Shelter animals lived through the worst before being rescued. They deserve to live the rest of their lives comfortably. And we hope many of them find their fur-ever homes today 🤞

It is said two lives are saved by adopting a shelter pet: the one adopted and the one taking its place in the shelter. We posit they also save us too.

May everyone still with room in their hearts and homes adopt a shelter rescue, today and always.

What is that? Yes, today is 🙀

Ferals have been defined as cats living in secluded areas (like woodlands), born from generations of other feral cats. They most likely have little positive interactions with humans, and as such may find close proximity to us highly distressing.

Conceivably, they may be hard to come by in urban or suburban areas or may be challenging to distinguish from street cats.

So for our good deed today, we settled on a spicy street cat secured (and cared for post-op) by an active stray feeder and regular TNVR patron 😻

She was spayed just in the nick of time as she was found in heat and also got her anti-rabies shot. No more difficulties of pregnancy, queening, and raising a litter of kittens on the harsh streets where food and shelter are not guaranteed.

We hope in the future we are able to generate more funds to provide more free TNVRs for the ferals and strays out there 🤞

To all veterinarians, today is your day!

We give recognition to our colleagues — from companion animal practitioners who protect, diagnose, heal, and give second chances to our pets, to farm veterinarians who ensure sustainable food production and protect public health, and wildlife vets who safeguard and treat endangered animals.

They show up everyday — through long hours, difficult cases, and quiet wins — dedicated to animal care.

Thank you!
