Unfortunately, it can only be tenanted from JULY 25, 2025 ONWARDS since we will be cleaning, removing and adding some item/s currently provided in the said room first. So, if you are still looking for a room for rent that is conducive for learning near University of Northern Philippines (UNP), you can give our offer a shot po!🥰🥰🥰
