Ang mga Crayfish at Shrimp ay parehong kilala sa kanilang sariling mga katangian. Ang Crayfish, na karaniwang mas malaki at mabigat kaysa sa Shrimp, ay may average na haba na humigit-kumulang na 3 pulgada at timbang na mga 2-3 onsa. Samantala, ang Shrimp ay karaniwan namang mas maliit, na may average na haba na mga 2 pulgada at timbang na mga 0.5-1 onsa. 😊

Ang isa pang malaking pagkakaiba ay ang kanilang tirahan. Ang Crayfish ay naninirahan sa mga katawan ng tubig-tabang, habang ang Shrimp ay naninirahan sa mga maalat na tubig. Ang Crayfish ay mayroon ding malalaking Sipit sa harap, samantalang wala nito ang Shrimp. 🦐🦞

Pagdating sa nutrisyon, ang Crayfish ay mas mataas sa Copper, Manganese, Vitamin B12, at Iron, samantalang ang Shrimp ay mas mataas sa Selenium, Vitamin B6, Choline, at Vitamin A RAE.

Bakit Crayfish Farming?🦞🦞🦞
🦞🦞Napapaisip ka ba kung bakit ang pag-aalaga at pagpaparami ng crayfish ay isa sa pinakamagandang negosyo na pwedeng simulan sa mga maliliit na lugar o kahit sa urban areas? 🤔 Narito ang limang rason na siguradong makakapagpa-kumbinsi sa'yo:

1. Hindi mo kailangan ng malaking lugar. Ang crayfish ay maaaring alagaan sa mga maliit na pond o tanks. Kaya kahit saan, kahit sa iyong sariling bakuran o rooftop, pwede ka nang magtayo ng crayfish farm. 🏠

2. Mababa ang puhunan. Hindi mo kailangan ng malaking halaga para makapagsimula. Ang kailangan mo lang ay mga crayfish na pang-stock, pond o tank, at ang tamang pagkain para sa kanila. 💰

3. Madaling alagaan. Ang crayfish ay hindi nangangailangan ng espesyal na pag-aalaga. Basta't may tamang sukat ng pond o tank, tamang pagkain, at malinis na tubig, siguradong lalago sila nang maayos. 🦞

4. Mabilis ang paglaki at pagdami. Sa loob lamang ng ilang buwan, maaari nang anihin ang crayfish. At dahil mabilis din silang magparami, siguradong hindi ka mauubusan ng stocks. 🔄

5. Malaki ang demand. Dahil sa unique at masarap na lasa ng crayfish, malaki ang demand dito hindi lamang sa mga restaurant kundi pati na rin sa mga ordinaryong mamimili. Kaya't siguradong mabebenta mo agad ang iyong mga stocks. 🍽️
